I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate based in Olympia, Washington. I'm also an author, adventurer, anti-oppression trainer, public speaker, and enneagram nerd. I love singing, traveling, making art, science fiction, video games, and writing/reading.
My approach to therapy is centered on authenticity and my practice is person-centered, LGBTQ+ affirming, and centers anti-oppression principles.
I am also a Child of a Deaf Adult (CODA), with several Deaf family members, and I am fluent in American Sign Language.
